Before you call.
Do you clean the inside of the windows too?
Yes. Inside and out is the usual booking, and it is what most customers ask for. Outside-only is fine too if that is all you need.
What does it cost?
It comes down to how many windows there are, how many storeys, and how easy they are to get to. Tell us those three things on the phone and you will have a number in a couple of minutes. Quotes are free.
Can you reach second and third storey windows?
That is what the name is about. Upper storeys, stairwell glass, cathedral windows and skylights are all normal work for us.
What happens if it rains?
We move you to the next clear day at no charge. Light rain does not actually undo a proper clean, but heavy weather is not worth working in.
Are you insured?
Ask on the phone and we will confirm the current coverage before you book.
Do you really answer at any hour?
